Membership fee policy
The term of membership of corresponds with the financial year of SAAFP, i.e. 1 April – 31 March. Al members in good standing will be reminded and re-invoiced before the end of February, with payments due before the end of March. At the end of April unpaid invoices will unfortunately result in membership suspension.
New membership applications received before 30 November will be invoiced for a pro-rata fee for the remainder of the financial year, which ends on 31 March. Applications received after 30 November will be invoiced a pro-rata fee for the remainder of the financial year, in addition to the annual fee for the following financial year. This is to avoid unnecessary multiple invoicing.
